Can I pause or cancel my Glow Club subscription?
Yes, of course! You can pause or cancel anytime — we just ask for 30 days’ notice so we can manage your membership smoothly. Any unused sessions must be used before your final billing date.
What happens if I miss a month?
The Glow Club is built around creating consistent, monthly self-care — that’s how you see the best results. We encourage all members to prioritise their monthly visit. However, we understand that unexpected things can happen. If you know you can’t make your session, please get in touch as early as possible so we can support you in the best way.

How do I book my monthly treatment?
Once you’re a Glow Club member, booking is simple. You’ll get access to priority booking and can reserve your preferred time each month through our online system or by contacting us directly.
To help make self-care a habit, we recommend choosing the same day and time each month — like the first Wednesday at 6pm — so it becomes a regular part of your routine. It’s your monthly non-negotiable glow time!
Can I upgrade my treatment or add extras?
Yes, absolutely! As a Glow Club member, you get exclusive access to treatment upgrades and add-ons at a special discounted rate. Whether you’d like to enhance your results with pressotherapy, sculpting, or additional beauty and wellness rituals, you’ll receive 10% off all add-ons. Do members get support with skincare products and supplements?

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Membership/Subscription at Thea's Skin and Beauty Clinic
📅 Bookings & Cancellations
48-hour cancellation policy applies to all Glow Club appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your booking will result in the session being deducted from your membership.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and deducted from your membership.
All treatments are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Unused treatments do not roll over into the next month unless agreed in advance due to exceptional circumstances.
💳 Payments & Membership Duration
Glow Club membership requires a minimum 1-month sign-up.
Monthly payments must be received by the 1st of each month. Treatments cannot be booked without an active payment.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
To cancel your membership, we require 30 days’ notice in writing or through your online account.
Membership discounts and benefits only apply while your membership is active and fully paid.

Memberships include a monthly treatment, which can be selected from our approved Glow Club menu (facials or massages depending on your plan).
Treatment combinations and add-ons are subject to therapist discretion and may be declined based on professional consultation or contraindications.
Members can enjoy 10% off all retail skincare products and supplements during their active membership period.
Additional treatments booked outside your included monthly service will also receive 10% off, subject to availability.
🎁 Gifting & Corporate Use
Gifted memberships or prepaid vouchers are valid for the time period purchased and are non-refundable.
Corporate Glow Club packages are available and can be claimed as a tax-free staff wellbeing benefit. Please contact us to discuss tailored packages.
