As a courtesy to us and other clients, if you need to cancel or change an appointment we request a minimum of 24hr notice to avoid a minimum fee of €20 being charged.


We require 72h notice for cancellation of all group bookings.

Cancellation within 72h will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged.

Failure to show for an appointment will result in the full cost of a treatment being charged.

If you need to reschedule your treatment within 12h prior the current appointment, please note there will be a late rescheduling charge of €20.

Please note that cancellations can be made through online booking system or emailing. 

We DO NOT accept cancellations by voicemail.


Services received cannot be refunded under any circumstance. 

For any reason if you are not satisfied with your service, you have to let us know immediately before you leave the salon so we can solve the situation. Redo can still be offered ONLY If there is a technical issue with the service provided, however we require that you contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

No redo will be offered before your beauty treatment is fully assessed by a salon manager or supervisor. 

Refunds will only be considered for products if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging.

If product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. 

No refunds are given for gift card orders. Gift card orders are not exchangeable.


If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call or text the salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked. 


Valid for 6 months. Gift card orders are NOT exchangeable or transferable. If you feel you wont be able to use your voucher until the expiry date please make sure to contact us as soon as possible.


We request that all mobile phones must be switched off in the treatment areas as a consideration to other customers.

It is important that you inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking your treatment with us as it may affect your treatment.
