Skin, Massage and a Beauty Specialist (Potential to earn €16-€18ph)
Treatment Requirments:
- Skin Treatments: Deep pore cleansing treatments (manual extractions) Microdermabrasion, Skin Peels, Skin Electrical (High frequency, Radiofrequency, Ultrasound, Ultrasonic Cleansing,
- Preferable trained with Juliette Armand and ASAP Skin Care – advantage but not requirement. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Massage therapy – Holistic/Deep Tissue/Face, neck, head, and shoulders massage (Whilst beauty treatments can be very popular, there is a very high demand for massage so proven experience in this field is a must.)
- Waxing and advanced waxing,
- Eyebrows shaping and tinting.
- Eyelash treatments: (Tinting and Lash Lifting – Lash Lifting is an advantage but not requirement)
- Manicures and Pedicures (regular and gel polish application with meticulous nail shaping and cuticle work)
Job Description:
- Delivering a variety of services (facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing)
- Greet customers warmly on the store floor – To stay with the clients throughout the treatment, escorting them to and from the reception.
- Ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest possible standard.
- Provide consistent, professional treatments.
- Assessing areas of client concerns
- Listen attentively to customers’ requirements, provide a quality service and advice to help them make their choices – Being able to understand clients “buying” signals.
- Inspire customers to dream by introducing them to our products!
- Sell our clients cosmetics products with enthusiasm and deliver the highest quality after-sales service in order to retain customers. (You will have an excellent knowledge of the house’s products and will achieve additional sales alongside the product(s) initially chosen by the customer)
- Suggesting treatment plans, including educating the client on different services offered at Thea’s Skin and Beauty Clinic – Make specific treatment recommendations based on a client’s individual needs
- Evaluating clients’ beauty needs by asking questions and performing skin analyses.
- Explaining all treatment procedures offering aftercare advice to the clients.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different beauty treatments and be able to provide expert advice to clients on treatment courses, cosmetic and skincare products.
- Reassuring the client about non-invasive procedures by walking them through the process
- Answering any questions, they may have.
- Ensuring a seamless and calm experience during the treatments. Ensuring that the ambiance in the department (lights, music, and temperature) are controlled to guest satisfaction.
- Upselling all clinic’s treatments and services
- Booking follow-up appointments – being in charge of your own booking column.
- Completing thorough notes of each client interaction.
- Maintaining strict client confidentiality.
- To ensure that equipment is fully operational and clean and report any defects to Salon Manager at
- any time of the day.
- To ensure your room/nail bar is fully prepared and stocked before your leave each
- evening/afternoon.
- Additional related duties as required.
General Requirements:
• Maintaining system notes and diaries of appointments with clients and following up with them
• Handling payments for products and services
• Cleaning and sanitizing the clinic, tools and equipment in accordance with the required standards of hygiene, washing and folding towels.
• Carrying out stock controls and reporting to the manager missing supplies for orders.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience using Phorest Booking System (advantage)
- A technical certification in related field
- Must have demonstrated excellent customer service skills, including active listening and the ability to set the client at ease.
- Fluent English Speaker
- A demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills paired with the ability to follow directions.

Job Description:
The Body Contouring Specialist works directly with clients to fulfil their body contouring needs, including anticellulite treatments, massages, vacuum, cavitation therapy, and other services. A healthy body image and comfortable working in close physical proximity with clients are critical assets for this position. This position involves physically intensive duties that require extensive standing and significant upper body strength over long periods of time.
