As a courtesy to us and other clients, if you need to cancel or change an appointment we request a minimum of 24hr notice to avoid a minimum fee of 50% being charged.

We require full payments for all the bookings made online (Paypal or Card Details).

We require ten days notice for cancellation of all group bookings. Cancellation within ten days will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged.

Failure to show for an appointment will result in the full cost of a treatment being charged.

Please note that cancellations can be made through online booking system or email. We DO NOT accept cancellations by voicemail.
