COVID-19 / POST PANDEMIC GUIDLINES

We have always prided ourselves on providing a safe/hygienic environment at our clinic. If you are by any reason still unsure about booking your appointment, we are happy to discuss any of your individual concerns so please feel to get in touch!

If you are feeling unwell by any means, please get in touch to reschedule your appointment. 

We reserve the right to amend or adjust Covid-19 guidelines based on the government policy to protect the safety of all staff & clients.

    AMENDED LATENESS, RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, REWARD PROGRAM POLICY, GIFT VOUCHERS

    At Thea’s, we understand that there may be times when you are delayed or unable to attend a scheduled appointment, and we will always try to accommodate you as best as we can. Please see our policies below to ensure that the salon and our teams’ day can run as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

    LATENESS

    At Thea’s, we understand that there may be times when you are delayed or unable to attend a scheduled appointment, and we will always try to accommodate you as best as we can.

    If you are delayed for a scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to adjust your  appointment time or reschedule if necessary. 

    If you arrive late, your treatment may have to be altered or reduced, depending on the treatment you are booked in for and the timing. If this is the case, your therapist will talk with you about what treatment(s) are most important to get completed in the allocated treatment time left. Please note that you will still be charged 100% of the scheduled service regardless of lateness or your treatment being cut short or reduced.

    RESCHEDULING

    If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us directly at least 24 hours before the appointment time to enable us to reschedule the appointment without any charge. For weekend appointments we would greatly appreciate more notice as this is the busiest time for us and It is hard to fill the slots on such a short notice.

    If an appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, it is deemed as a cancellation and will result in 100% charge of the appointment you had originally booked in. 

    CANCELLATION/NO SHOW

    If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a 100% charge for the appointment originally booked in. 

    If an appointment is a ‘no-show’ with no communication from the client regarding the appointment booked in, there will be a 100% charge for the appointment originally booked in, and a 50% booking fee taken for the next appointment booked in. 

    PATCH TESTING

    We require you to pop into the clinic for a skin/patch test prior to any waxing, tinting or lash lift appointment. This must be done at least 24 hours (idealy 48) before your appointment.

    HEALTH & SAFETY

    For insurance and health and safety reasons, third parties (i.e., children and others) cannot accommodate appointments and can only attend for their own designated appointment. This will make yours and others visits to the salon more relaxing and enjoyable which is important to us. As we are concerned with your and your children’s safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.

    PHOREST TREAT CARD / REWARD PROGRAM

    With our loyalty scheme It’s easy to treat yourself. Just collect points as you spend, save them up and when you have enough we will give you a complimentary “ Reward Treatment*”. 

    The more points you have the greater your reward treat will be! You get 1 point for every €1 you spend on treatments or products!  How to join? MORE INFO HERE (T&C Apply)

    GIFT VOUCHERS

    These conditions apply to use of our Gift Cards, issued by Thea’s Skin and Beauty Clinic. Purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

    We may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell gifts cards to any person at any time for any reason.

    You can not let another person to use your Gift Card. The gift card may only be used to purchase services at Thea’s Skin and Beauty Clinic.

    Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new Gift Card and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities. Anyone holding the Gift Card can use its value to book treatments, so your Gift Card should be kept secure.

    If your Gift Card is deleted, lost or stolen, immediately report this to Thea’s Skin and Beauty Clinic. We may be able to stop the Gift Card value being used but we take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you because of a lost or stolen Gift Card. We won’t replace a faulty, deleted, lost or stolen Gift Card.

    Gift Cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject Gift Card to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.

    We may cancel any Gift Card, or the Gift Card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement Gift Card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a Gift Card. The Gift Card remains the property of Thea’s Skin and Beauty Clinic.

    Vouchers that are given by Thea’s Skin and Beauty Clinic (as a gift or in packages) can only be used for full-paid treatments only – not discounted services.

    Vouchers that the customer purchase are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase.

    GRATUITY

    Gratuity is always welcome and greatly appreciated! For a seamless client experience, we now accept cash or card gratuities. Please note, in order to leave a gratuity through a card, you would needs to insert a physical card into the terminal. Thank you for all your support!

    USING MOBILE PHONES DURING THE TREATMENT

    We request that all mobile phones must be switched off (or silence) during your treatment to ensure you fully relax and enjoy your experience.

    Prices shown are valid at the time however, might have been subject to change so please contact us to confirm as you book your appointment.

    SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUNDS

    You can always talk to us if you’re not happy with our services or customer service, our aim is to listen and make you feel relaxed enough that you can talk to us and we will endeavour to do our very best to resolve it. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.
