What if I miss an appointment?

Missed appointments will result in a treatment deduction, as treatments cannot be carried over to the following month. We have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule outside of our operating hours, please do so online, as cancellations via email, SMS, or voicemail outside of these hours will not be accepted. This is due to our inability to monitor messages outside of business hours. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I cancel or pause my membership?

Yes, you can cancel or pause your membership at any time, as long as we are provided with 30 days’ notice. Be sure to review the cancellation policy when you sign up.

Membership is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
48h cancellation and reschedule policy applies for membership appointments; failure to cancel/reschedule on time will result in a treatment deduction from your membership
Minimum sign-up period 1 month.
A 10% discount applies to annual membership paid in full on a sign-up date paid in-store
Cancellation of membership must be made in writing 30 days before termination.
Monthly payment must be made by the first day of each month, or treatments cannot be booked.
Certain treatment combination restrictions apply, and the Therapist has the right to refuse treatment.
